i called one month ago when i got my last book in december.

i told the girl that my daughter gave me this as a gift. i wanted to

cancel this and not to send me anymore books, today in the mail

i got another book and i do not want any more. the girl said she would

put a note on my account not to send any more books. i want this

account closed. i will let my daughter in law know again about this.

I just received my second hardback yearly book from Birds & Blooms. Although I enjoy the magazines, that I subscribe to, I do not want to receive the yearly book, that I did not subscribe to, nor did I order it.

I ended up paying last year because I think the process of returning it is difficult. I even wrote a note last year requesting B&B not to send another book that I did not order. I received another book this year. How do I stop this yearly annoyance?

I'm disappointed in B&B for this.

I will, however continue with my magazine subscriptions.
