I get my renewal notice that says to go to birdsandblooms.com/renewalextra. There is nowhere to renew my subscription at the price I am offered on my renewal notice.
I think this also happened when I initially subscribed, got frustrated and took the subscription at a higher rate, therefore was screwed into a higher price.
They want you to renew via website to "save them money on renewal notices, etc." I guess I'll send them a check via snail mail but wait until they spend a few more bucks on renewal notices. So much for doing it easier, faster, cheaper on the internet!!!

I have a similar problem I tried subscribing online, but when I go to pay and mark the appropriate circle then continue, it says I need to mark a payment method. I tried several times to subscribe online without any luck. I guess I'll use traditional mail and see what happens.
Same thing happened here, sent a renewal notice, for a specified price, went to the birdsandblooms.com/renewextra as they directed and the price listed there was $6.00 higher. I will send it snail mail and save myself a few bucks.
I've been Birds and Blooms customer for only 1 year. I have gotten 3 magazines and was told to renew now because I have only 2 left.
But wait! I paid for 2 years and should still have 9 magazines to receive. Today I tried to access my account but there is no record of my account number or my shipping address. Guess who's getting a phone call from me tomorrow morning?

These people are dishonest -- in my opinion. They appear to send overlapping "renewals" all in an effort to confuse.....than ku s a lit. Renewed for 2 yrs and now I'm told my subscription is soon expiring. But wait!
It's only been one year...... Yad-yada-yada......
I am having the same problem. I enjoy the magazine, but if I am going to have this kind of problem, I will not ever renew again!
We are having problems, too. The real problem, though, is a leadership failure at Birds and Blooms. Without new leadership it is likely that customer complaints will continue.
I agree with the pissed consumer. I have half a notion to not renew at all.
I don't feel like putting on a 50 cent stamp and writing a check to mail when it says right on the invoice "its easy and secure to order online" you're discounted price is $10.
All you should have to do is order on line, use a credit card and you're done. Too easy?
Its amazing how I wrote this note 3 days ago and there was no place on the web site to renew at decreased rate and today went back to web page and right at the top of the page was renew at special rate. Pretty darn easy, about 4 clicks of the mouse and it was all done.
We are happy to hear you were able to renew your subscription with ease. We appreciate feed back in knowing when our site is not functioning the correct way so as to fix the problems.

I also agree with other pissed consumers that birds and blooms does not make it easy to effectively manage our subscriptions. I canceled my subscription (due to my motherโs death) using MESSENGER and on FACEBOOK, and finally found โcancel subscriptionโ on a form.
This is a bunch of garbage. I have subscribed to this magazine for more years than I can remember.
Used to be a great magazine now It sucks. Jump through hoops to renew.

According to my renewal notice is says birdsandblooms.com/extrayear. I did this twice and it STILL does not show renewal at $20 for 2 years. Why should I pay $14.95 for one year when you offer 2 for $20 ????

Same here no renewal page no offer. gave you a offer that you cannot get.
All negative comments about renewing EXTRA can be solved to get the rate you want. I got a preferred subscriber renewal form in the mail.
It offered 2 years plus 12 extra months free for 29.98 with an additional $5. off as an online special offer and to reply by 5/9/2019. I went to Birds and Blooms official website. I clicked on customer service and logged in using my address.
I went into renew extra and it showed the offer I got in the mail.
I paid with a credit card and it worked just fine. Try that.
I agree! I am trying to find the same site, but cannot.
Only good offer is for new customers. Poor advertisement!
